Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags and accessories must be included.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs (e.g., from Black Butler or other series).
- Intimate apparel or costumes tried on without protective undergarments.
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., tailored costumes from Assassination Classroom or Attack on Titan).
- Accessories that are sealed and opened by the customer (e.g., weapons or jet props from Akame Ga Kill).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, and reason.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number (if approved).
- Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to: Otakuya Shop

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). - Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed. For returns, we’ll initiate a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
